Live results: Chicago
Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026. One page, updated in place, every entry timestamped.
How Lampline reports results
Lampline does not call races. A winner appears on this page only when the Associated Press calls the race or the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners or the Illinois State Board of Elections declares one, and the entry says which.
Every number names its source and the time we pulled it. Counts that are not final are labeled partial results, with the share of the expected vote counted when the source gives it.
If we post something wrong, we fix it in the open. The correction is timestamped on the entry and logged on our corrections page. Nothing is deleted quietly.
No endorsements. No predictions. What changed, who it hits, and the record behind it.

How we did this
This page follows the Lampline election night rules: winners post only on an Associated Press call or an official declaration, every number carries its source and pull time, partial counts are labeled partial, and a second editor checks every winner before it posts. Corrections are timestamped here and logged on the corrections page.
